โดยเร่งผลักดันระบบ Net Billing เพื่อให้ผู้ติดตั้ง Solar Rooftop สามารถบริหารจัดการไฟฟ้าส่วนเกินได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ พร้อมขยายมาตรการลดหย่อนภาษีสำหรับการลงทุนในระบบพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์ เพื่อช่วยลดต้นทุนและเพิ่มขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันของผู้ประกอบการไทย\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>5. รองรับการลงทุนในอุตสาหกรรมแห่งอนาคต โดยเสนอให้ส่งเสริมตลาดพลังงานเสรี ผ่านกลไก Third Party Access (TPA) และ Direct PPA เพื่อรองรับความต้องการพลังงานสะอาดของอุตสาหกรรมยุคใหม่ โดยเฉพาะ Data Center และ AI Infrastructure ซึ่งเป็นหนึ่งในเป้าหมายสำคัญในการดึงดูดการลงทุนและสร้างการเติบโตทางเศรษฐกิจในอนาคต\u003Cbr>พร้อมเสนอให้เร่งพัฒนาโครงสร้างพื้นฐานด้านพลังงานยุคใหม่ อาทิ Smart Grid, Battery Energy Storage System It also proposed expanding tax incentives for solar energy investments to help reduce operating costs and improve the competitiveness of Thai micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs).\u003Cbr>\u003Cbr>5. Preparing for Future Industries and New Investments\u003Cbr>To support investment in future industries, the Chamber proposed promoting a more liberalized electricity market through mechanisms such as Third Party Access (TPA) and Direct Power Purchase Agreements (Direct PPA).
