โดยผลกระทบต่อกิจกรรมทางเศรษฐกิจจากสินค้าขาดแคลนเริ่มเห็นแล้วในภาคการบิน กระทบนักท่องเที่ยวที่โดยสารผ่านเที่ยวบินจากตะวันออกกลางมายังไทย\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>เศรษฐกิจไทยในไตรมาสที่ 1 ของปี 2569 ขยายตัวที่ 2.8%YoY แต่จำกัดอยู่ในบางภาคส่วน\u003C\u002Fstrong> \u003Cbr>จากการลงทุนภาคเอกชนที่เติบโตได้ดี ภาครัฐที่มีการเร่งเบิกจ่าย ประกอบกับภาคการส่งออกที่ขยายตัวสูงจากสินค้าทางเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล และ AI ตามกระแสโลก ส่งผลให้สินค้ากลุ่ม tech ขยายตัวกว่า 45% และเป็นการขยายตัวติดต่อกัน 12 ไตรมาส อย่างไรก็ตาม การส่งออกกระจุกตัวสูงและไม่ได้ส่งผลดีไปยังภาคการผลิตอย่างทั่วถึง\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>สถานการณ์ในตะวันออกกลางยังวางใจไม่ได้ และความเสี่ยงต่อเศรษฐกิจไทยอาจสูงกว่าที่เห็นในปัจจุบัน โดย กกร. ประเมินว่า GDP ไทยปี 2569 จะขยายตัวในช่วง 1.2% - 1.6% \u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003Cbr>เศรษฐกิจระยะข้างหน้ายังคงมีความท้าทาย เศรษฐกิจ และสังคมอย่างสมดุล อย่างไรก็ตาม จากสถานการณ์ปัจจุบันที่หลายภาคธุรกิจกำลังเผชิญภาวะขาดแคลนแรงงานอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ซึ่งอาจกระทบต่อภาคการผลิต การส่งออก และความสามารถในการแข่งขันของประเทศ กกร. เห็นว่ารัฐบาลควรเร่งดำเนินมาตรการทั้งระยะสั้นและระยะกลางอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม ในระยะเร่งด่วน การต่ออายุใบอนุญาตทำงานของแรงงานต่างด้าวที่พำนักและทำงานอยู่ในประเทศไทย ถือเป็นมาตรการจำเป็น เพื่อป้องกันไม่ให้กำลังแรงงานจำนวนมากหายไปจากระบบในทันที ขณะเดียวกัน ภาครัฐควรเร่งจัดทำแผนบริหารจัดการแรงงานต่างด้าวทุกสัญชาติอย่างเป็นระบบ มีประสิทธิภาพ และสอดคล้องกับความต้องการของภาคเศรษฐกิจในระยะยาว เพื่อรักษาเสถียรภาพด้านแรงงานและความเชื่อมั่นด้านการลงทุนของประเทศ ทั้งนี้ กกร. จะมีการนำเสนอข้อเสนอต่อนายกรัฐมนตรี และรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน เพื่อพิจารณาเร่งรัดมาตรการแก้ไขปัญหาดังกล่าวโดยเร็วต่อไป\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>กกร. ขอขอบคุณท่านนายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐบาล ที่ได้มีคำสั่งแต่งตั้ง คณะกรรมการประสานงานเพื่อการต่อต้านการทุจริต The Strait of Hormuz has yet to resume normal operations, while energy infrastructure affected by recent attacks will require time to repair.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>Concerns over physical damage continue to place upward pressure on energy prices, keeping them at elevated levels. The impact of shortages on economic activity is already becoming visible in the aviation sector, particularly affecting tourists travelling to Thailand on flights transiting through the Middle East.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>Thailand’s Economy Expanded by 2.8% YoY in Q1 2026, Yet Growth Remains Concentrated in Selected Sectors\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>Thailand’s economy expanded by 2.8% year-on-year in the first quarter of 2026, supported by strong private investment, accelerated public disbursement, and robust export growth driven by digital technology and AI-related products in line with global trends.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>As a result, technology-related exports grew by more than 45%, marking 12 consecutive quarters of expansion. However, export growth remains highly concentrated and has not translated into broad-based benefits across the manufacturing sector.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>Middle East Risks Remain Elevated, with Potentially Greater Impact on the Thai Economy Than Currently Evident\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>The situation in the Middle East remains highly uncertain, and the risks to the Thailand economy may be more significant than currently observed. The Joint Standing Committee on Commerce, Industry and Banking (JSCCIB) estimates that Thailand’s GDP in 2026 will expand within a range of 1.2%–1.6%.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>Looking ahead, the economy continues to face considerable challenges. Close monitoring is required regarding the impact of the Middle East conflict on raw material prices and potential raw material shortages for businesses, which could develop into a new wave of economic pressure.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>Thailand should therefore accelerate investment in energy structural reform, increase renewable energy production, reduce dependence on imported oil and gas, and advance strategic investments to strengthen national capacity under Reinvent Thailand.
